me:  so I’m playing Legend of Zelda (NES) right now and also watching Legend of Neil. Not at the same time, just doing both right now … in life 
Chris:  while jackin’ it? 
me:  and I found a door in Zelda (by using a bomb on a rock wall, naturally) 
Chris:  natch 
me:  and when I enter the doorway, the old man says I have to pay for the door. Which is kind of funny… for nintendo games. Then I wondered if Legend of Neil would ever make reference to it. Sure enough, next episode (s3e5) there it is - excellent timing

Tuper Tario Tros. is classic Super Mario Bros. crossed with NES Tetris in the most amusing way. This fantastic crossover was created by Swing Swing Submarine, a company I will be watching a whole lot more closely. DVH Gripe about game- Although this game is wicked clever, they have slowed the traditional Mario scrolling screen to a mind-numbing degree. You’ll have to let me know if the speed increases as you advance in the game. I didn’t have the patience for it.
